CNC Milling

The workhorse of machined part manufacturing, CNC milling uses custom precision tooling to make high-quality complex parts. CNC milled parts can be made from plastic, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium, exotic materials like Inconel, composite materials like G10 fiberglass and carbon fiber, and more. Capabilities include 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling. Tolerances can be held up to .0005”.

CNC Turning

CNC turned parts are machined by rotating them rapidly on a lathe. These parts are typically symmetrical near their axis and can be manufactured to hold tolerances as tight as .0005”. Typical CNC turning applications include screws, shafts, bolts, nozzles, pins, dowels, and more.

Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is one of the most versatile and efficient ways to get your flat parts made. This capability can handle a wide range of materials—including plastics, silicone, granite, tile, stone, glass, wood, and more—without creating heat-affected zones or hazardous waste. An excellent choice for flat cut parts with intricate features, waterjet cutting can also be used for metals up to 4” thick.

Reverse Engineering Services

No print? No problem. Your legacy part can be reverse-engineered with best-in-class 3D scanning capabilities. High-tech 3D scanning equipment digitizes existing parts, allowing for the creation of a 3D CAD model and subsequent manufacturing.

40+ years of experience. Let us design a custom solution for your manufacturing needs.
